Dr. Hanawalt's bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced. I came in for some tingling and pain in my toes, which was very alarming as an otherwise healthy person under 40. She was patient listening to all of my questions and concerns, extremely kind, and very thorough in her examination. She gave me great information and stretches to do. I left her office feeling completely understood and so much better about the situation. I cannot recommend her enough!
I was so excited to get this apt as I have had some debilitating pain. I am also in post cancer treatment & sometimes get very sick and or dizzy from my meds or joint pain. I had to reschedule my 1st apt. due to a home emergency and did so with notice and immediately made another apt. On the way to my apt I got dizzy and had to throw up on side of the road and turn my car around to get home. I felt terrible about cancelling and I NEVER miss my doc apts. so this was a fluke. Dr. Hanawalt's office saw me as a new patient emergency on the same day my internist called for an appointment. The Doctor and her staff were very professional and helpful, and made every effort to inform me. I recommend her very highly!
All of the staff are pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hanawalt was thorough and I felt I had a better understanding of my condition after speaking with her. I liked her conservative approach to my condition and explanation of next steps. She is very easy to talk with and she answered all of my questions. She is genuinely pleasant and I believe very knowledgeable. I feel confident I will receive good care with her.
Dr Hanawalt is knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent surgeon. She operated on my metatarsal area of my left foot that had arthritis in the joints of two toes. They were cleaned and a plate was put in to fuse the area now without cartilage and no more pain!
Dr. Hanawalt is the most gentle and thorough doctor that I have been to in a long time. I was so nervous about possible pain, but she was wonderful. I wish I had gone a long time ago instead of waiting so long. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The entire staff is wonderful.
Dr. Hanawalt was friendly, patient, and outstanding in explaining my foot issue, correcting the problem, and providing the information needed for recovery. I was quite pleased with her professionalism and personality, and I would HIGHLY recommend her.
Dr. Hanawalt was not only very professional, but warm and friendly. She was very thorough in her explanations, and did not make me feel rushed at anytime during my appointment.
She was very kind & took a lot of time with me by answering all of my questions.
