I moved in by July of 2015. At the time of the moving, the apartment they gave me came with a defective AC System which needed two loads of Freon gas to start cooling down and a not accurate thermostat that was replaced three times to make it reliable. I had to stand in this situation for 2 weeks before maintenance solved the issue. A dangerous outstanding screw, popping out of one of the apartment walls (somebody in maintenance, instead of cutting it off decided to paint it to camouflage it) hurt my back when moving the fur... read more
