Where do I start .. between the upstairs neighbors and their unruly house hold...to them flooding our apartment and its now growing mold because all they did was bring blowers to dry it up...and painting over it ..as much as we pay you would think the people out here would care about where they stay ..the gym ..the pool..the gate etc the amenities you pay for you don't get the quality...come visit on the weekend or after 5 you will see..I'm telling you run don't walk as fast as you can ..this is the hood all dressed up..I'm ... read more
I moved in about two years ago and when I did the experience was amazing from the maintenance to the staff. Now they have new management the highland vista group and the complex has been horrible since ! The lady in the from office is VERY RUDE and barely picks up the phone . I’m not sure why they are splitting up the rent for example most of the rent it due on the 1st but you will have a charge that’s was supposed to shows up in the portal on the 1st but it will come on the 5th through the 14th if u don’t catch it you will ... read more
Don’t walk away from this place, RUN, in the time I’ve lived here management has changed multiple times and is currently owned and operated by highlands vista group out of Denver Colorado. And they absolutely do not care about their acquisitions it seems, from the trash everywhere and the lack of enforcement of rules surrounding facilities such as the pool that isn’t open or the gate that isn’t or hasn’t been working for going on a year now. I'm not sure what the leasing agent was going through on the day of my visit, but she was not very nice and quite unprofessional. When I entered the leasing office, she shouted from her office that she’d be with me in a minute. Unsure of her location, I thanked her, sat and waited. Some time later, a maintenance staff member entered the lobby, ignored me, and went straight into her office for a conversation.
