When we first moved into Jaspers, the complex was well maintained, quiet, and felt safe. Since management and office staff started changing, everything has gone downhill. As residents who recently renewed, I would strongly advise others to reconsider. This is advertised as a gated community, yet the entrance gate rarely works, while the exit gate always does which makes no sense since anyone can still enter. Do not move here, my appliances kept breaking. Maintenance just basically check and mark work order complete. Neighbors are nasty and messy. Leasing office do not answer phone and do not return emails. Rent went up and I wasn’t notified. Water bill is $100 plus a month. They give you incentives for reviews.
Update: both the entrance and exit gates are working, and there is a significant change in cars and people hanging around. It feels much more peaceful. Been here for over a year and we love the inside of our home. It's spacious and modern. The staff are always there to help.

Below zero customer service, I have been here for about 3 months, Saw my bill has increased, I was surprised checked the details there’s a $60 internet charge I don’t have nor want internet when I signed the lease I made sure it wasn’t part of my utilities and services, and $17 common area electric charge I have no idea what this is, Called the office spoke to a lady named Lisa, whom I haven’t meet, this is what I was told the person who did the lease is no longer with us, another person too I was just shocked by the level o... read more
