I lived at this location for 5 years, going on 6 this coming August, and the property has had it’s share of problems during that time, mostly due to the previous owner’s negligence and lack of proper maintenance. But things changed this past year when the new owners bought it, and I have been extremely pleased with the upgrades they have made to the complex. I hate these people. They're the epitome of everything that people dislike about property management. They're filthy people, they refuse to accept any accountability. They communicate to tenants like they're children. Every notice comes with an "or else" clause. Paying your rent on time or early, being a quiet, good neighbor that minds your own business is worth nothing to them while they steam roll everyone. Currently live here if I could move out I would. They are scammers they will have hidden charges in your rent. So make sure you look closely at what you’re getting charged for. I got charged a $295 admin fee on top of rent and deposit then is got charged a move in/ move out admin fee $25 and a pest control fee they don’t even spray our apartment renters insurance when I already have my own. And admin utility fee I guess to have utilities thru them but really we don’t have a choice but to have them included in out rent. They ... read more
