Getting in was quick and easy. I applied on a Saturday and by the following Tuesday I got a call from Jill telling me I was approved. Jill in the office seemed like a sweet lady while we had our phone conversations, and it didnt change when meeting her in person. It is a really nice apartment. The few neighbors I've met in the hallways all seem nice. No body is horribly loud. I'll update once I've lived here a while longer.
The Oaks was very nice and helpful. I would like to provide and support people the way Jill had the property manager. I mean it is a pain in the rear to get a apartment in Sioux Falls and about almost impossible with all the others listed look down on us and I am very appreciative of this place.
Place has been really picked up and took care of since new managment. Just moved back in July and it’s been quiet, traffic noise isnt as loud as you think it would be. Jill is very sweet and welcoming to talk to as well! With everything being so close it’s also a very convient location. Nothings too far of a drive away
Love the area around the oaks, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, the mall is right across the road, it’s quite and peaceful. So far my experience is great with my apartment.🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
