I live there, 24 years now. It is a wonderful place to live, neighbors And staff. Ask & you receive!:) I really have no complaints & still love my home there. It is beautifully landscaped, flowers, trees, ducks geese occasionally, even a great blue heron, crows, squirrels, a little creek rt off my patio w/ a fountain nearby. It's all in bloom now!:) Small complex, come & see, you'd love it!
Love living here at Woodlake Apartments! Grounds are well cared for. Best part is the friendly staff. They hosted an afternoon of coffee & cookies in the clubhouse this week. Had a great time getting to know my neighbors! - Diane
My husband and I enjoy living here minus some catty neighbors and the overall quirks that I will outline below. Maintenance is super on top of it with responding to requests, in addition to their superb professionalism and friendliness - quite the contrast from the last maintenance guy. I believe management does the best they can with the resources they have; I would prefer better response time and more engagement when we bring up issues but overall Dave and Ed are nice and do a good job. Hello. We live at Woodlake (Apt 1207 ) and I would like to comment on our interactions with Brandon the maintenance man at these apartments. Brandon is professional, knowledgeable, and GETS THE JOB DONE! He is thorough, familiar with all the equipment in the apartments, offers valuable advice on the heating system in the unit. We highly recommend him and Woodlake is fortunate to have himself Earl & Linda Coombs
