My husband and I enjoy living here minus some catty neighbors and the overall quirks that I will outline below. Maintenance is super on top of it with responding to requests, in addition to their superb professionalism and friendliness - quite the contrast from the last maintenance guy. I believe management does the best they can with the resources they have; I would prefer better response time and more engagement when we bring up issues but overall Dave and Ed are nice and do a good job. Hello. We live at Woodlake (Apt 1207 ) and I would like to comment on our interactions with Brandon the maintenance man at these apartments. Brandon is professional, knowledgeable, and GETS THE JOB DONE! He is thorough, familiar with all the equipment in the apartments, offers valuable advice on the heating system in the unit. We highly recommend him and Woodlake is fortunate to have himself Earl & Linda Coombs
One drawback no storage areas .
I feel I need to offset the outdated reviews. I currently live here. The management has been great-responsive and friendly. The grounds and landscaping are very well cared for and clean. The surroundings are beautiful. I've never felt any concern for my personal safety or that of my property. We'll see how move out goes when the time comes.
