I picked up a marketplace/meta purchase & was allowed inside one of the buildings and also into the seller’s apartment. The building first floor was filthy & very smelly, I was aghast & disgusted at the condition both inside and out. The seller’s apartment was small & she had a lot of stuff in it but it appeared she was reasonably cleanly given the deteriorating condition of her unit & building. Management should be embarrassed.
