Pros: Decent price/ size for a small family or single person. Staff is great Maintenance comes fast Quiet neighborhood Elementary school and high school less than 3 mins away Close to shopping center and grocery store Cons: Water is based off usage but i think it’s actually split between duplexes which is annoying No walk in closets Barely a linen closet. The woodknoll apartment team is the best. They hav been the most professional management team I have been under in 20 years. I cannot recommend them enough!
