When your AC starts to act up in the hottest weather you plan to have to wait a few days but I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment right away. He arrived as promised and worked diligently to repair and service all components of my heating and ac unit. He was polite, clean and seemed knowledgeable about his business. I highly recommend Wooding Heating and Cooling!
Called Wooding Heating and Cooling for annual HVAC maintenance. Jose was an amazing help! He gave me an ample heads up before arriving and was extremely knowledgeable and nice to chat with. I got the impression he truly cared about making sure I (and my HVAC unit) was taken care of and wasn't there just to collect money. He even gave me tips on how to upkeep my HVAC unit in-between scheduled maintenance. Will definitely be calling again for all of my future needs.
Wooding Heating and Cooling did an excellent job on our furnace installation. They insulated the furnace cabinet and added a filter box which help to increase efficiency and decrease noise. They provided excellent value for our money.
This is my second experience with Wooding. I could not ask for a more professional, knowledgeable team. From the woman who answered the phone to Henry who came to fix our issue, doing business with this company is the opposite of most HVAC companies I’ve dealt with. Somehow in these crazy times, they are able to hire and train good, caring people. Plus, they have this great texting system to let you know who is coming, with a photo/bio, and exactly when. Happy customer here!
On the scheduled day for cleaning, Wooding Heating and Cooling was extremely reliable and punctual. They went over their process in detail for each step. They cleaned each and every pipe successfully and provided images for correlation. We wish the team success and excellent service. They called me well in advance to let me know if they were on time or a little early.
