Pretty disappointed. I was scheduled for an 80 minute deep tissue couples massage. Was on our way to Indy, an hour and a half away for an 11 appointment. Was called on our drive at 9:45 to tell us only one of us could get a massage because an employee called in. Was offered a salt room experience for 1 while the other got the massage, that was nothing to brag about. The staff are very cordial and helpful. Moriah sought my input and gave me a facial based on my specific needs. The atmosphere is relaxing.
Unfortunately a salon that I’ve enjoyed for a long time is struggling. Rather than relaxing it’s rushed. Paying for 50 minute service has turned into 35 minutes of time in your facial. The relaxation room chairs aren’t functional. The check out process took a very long time as only one staff member was assigned to answer the phone, Check in clients and check out clients.
