After being a loyal customer at Woodhouse for many massages, I decided to try something new and booked the Shirodhara Scalp Massage. Amy was my massage therapist and she did a very good job. She was able to work out some knots for me, felt so much better after the experience. The salt room was very relaxing. My daughter planned this for a retirement celebration for me. It was very nice
First, let me state that I LOVE Woodhouse. I've been to a couple different locations now and always have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this location's attention to picking up after guests did not meet my standards. In the quiet room, there were dirty cups at each place to sit, and in the bathroom, there were used robes and sandals throughout the space - so much so that I didn't have an open stool to put my stuff down to get changed. Long story short, service was great but environment needed attention.
Keesha at Woodhouse Spa is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond by surprising me with a thoughtful birthday and graduation touch after my massage, which meant so much to me. I left feeling incredibly refreshed, renewed, and appreciated.
