Allow extra time for parking. The receptionist was friendly. Changing area clean and robe was very comfortable. Massage therapist was nice. Massage was relaxing. Had water and tea in the quiet room afterwards. No one rushed me. Several people came to room to check on me. I would definitely go back.
My boyfriend and I had the duet massages & loved it!! The staff were very professional & helpful. I could'nt get into my locker & 1 of the staff members helped me & She told my boyfriend who was patiently waiting for me outside the door what had happen as to why i was taking so long getting ready. We will be booking another appointment for next month.
This was a great pamper day. My boss treated me as we finished up a huge project and she wanted to give e day of relaxtion. What a perfect choice. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. After the full body massage, pedicure and hand scrub/paraffin I left feeling like a queen for the day. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will be back again.
I was disappointed in my experience. The location is great, but the spa is looking a bit tired & not as clean as it should be. The receptionist was not overy friendly or accommodating on the phone or in person. There was major miscommunication with the staff about my wait time and my massage appointment time. Some of this then caused my massage to be 15 minutes short. I spoke up when I realized this and the therapist was very sorry and she had me lay back down. I love love love The Woodhouse Day Spa! Professional, exceptional customer service, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, and they make you feel at home. My mom and I got the Lavender Sugar Scrub Pedicure and we both enjoyed the relaxing service. The nail techs were awesome and they did a great job! Again, professional as soon as you walk into the place. ❤️
