Made an appt ahead of time fro 3pm the next day. Received a call at 1pm the day of the services asking to call. Called back and left message but no return call. Showed up for the appt to be told they had to cancel our appt. such poor customer service, no one returns calls timely. Given too many chances and will never go here

I had my first visit today at the spa and it was wonderful! Brooklyn is really sweet and professional! My wax treatment was painless and precise. I will defiantly be returning for further treatments.

the staff is very rude and unprofessional I booked a mani/pedi for 10am once there I was told my appt was pushed back I asked how long would it be I was told she would be with me in a min the tech never came so I left the person that told me she pushed my appt back was rude and dismissive and kept cutting me off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY NEVER GOING BACK
I went on Saturday and already referred 8 of my close friends. Everything was brilliant! It was my first time doing something like this and was made to feel extremely comfortable. Absolutely love this place!
It was wonderful treat to myself which is what I wanted it to be. Everyone was courteous and attentive. Serena gave me a wonderful pedicure. My feet feel like butter, ummm!�
