Outdated but staff is friendly These apartments are getting to be very old and outdated including the plumbing, painting and windows. The prices are fairly reasonable for St. Louis. However, my car was broken into and there were 2 fires in the complex during the three years I lived there. However, the office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. There is an after hours number for emergency maintenance and, in general, maintenance is quick to make repairs unless they forget. A bit of a mixed bag of an apartment compl... read more
Worse place I ever lived in my life THISE IS THE WORSE PLACE I EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE!!!! Not only did I have to deal with bedbugs, but the city fined them and I began to be harassed. I also had my eliptical stolen from my storage space while I was on vacation. The police who took the report stated the storage space was a robbers paradise and advised the complex take action...which they didnt. The Woodhollow exterminator came regarding the bedbugs at the scheduled time while I was gone. They found the bed bugs but since they ... read more
