All in all it is a good place. Great neighbors, great setting. I lived there a long time and had no complaints. The only bad experience regarded when a note was placed on my door and the door of my three neighbors that one of us was guilty of not picking up our dog litter. I took offense at this. However, for this being the only bad experience over a stay that lasted about a year and a half is a good run on there part.

I've been here for almost 3 years now, and with ups and downs naturally, my experience has been really good. They have always been helpful anyway they can, and never rude, although, I would confess I have been rude at times, but they kept calm and explained to me the situation. I also like that they know you when you call, at least they know me :-) In general, I will give them 5 stars. I LOVED living here! Friendly staff, quick fixes by maintenance team, great location, amazing amenities (3 pools, hot tub, rec area with sand volleyball, corn hole, and table tennis). Only down sides are the water bill, and other tenants not cleaning up after their dogs. I would love to live here again if i didn't need a yard.

Office staff is terrible, unhelpful, and rude! When I lived here I had several packages stolen from the office, and they could never provide me with an answer of where it went. Maintenance would barge into my apartment with no warning, and if I wasn't there they would turn the a/c low and leave all of my lights on, raising my bill. They take forever to answer any phone calls, and will nickle and dime you for everything when you finally do decide to leave. Once y find your apartment n get to no ur neighbor u will love it ,r if u a loner cool too no one messes with you i been here for 6 years now. Its easily too my job, n n walking location to Restaurant. Gas's station, beauty salon , barber shop,pizza parlor , several others places too go. plus 3 swimming pool exercise gym, laundry mats , basketball ,tennis , its great.

I have lived here since June 2010. This is a great location. Within 15 minutes of anywhere in Denton and less than an hour from downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. Even though there have been changes and upgrades being made, once they are finished, this will be an even better home for me and my family. The staff has always been courteous, and quick to respond to any request.

The written review on here from Amelia is 5 stars because she works for BH Management (the company that owns this property), so of course there's a bias. Any other 5 star rating on here is mostly probably from the office staff too. If this was still a few months ago, my rating would be 4 stars because I already knew this place wasn't perfect.
