AC went out over 4th weekend, finally got maintenance to come look at it Tuesday the 7th, at 6pm. They come in with an air filter and I let them know it was already changed and it’s still not working, and it’s most likely just out of Freon. They walk outside, act like they’re looking at unit and come back in saying they can’t do anything for me. & to call main office in morning. Recommended5 stars Woodhill has been a great home for us. We have only been here 10 months, but we have loved every bit of it. The apartments are updated and well maintained. The maintenance crew always came within a day for any issue we had. The community keeps to themselves, never had a problem with any neighbors or anything else. Would recommend 100%.
I just want future residents to know how quick and amazing the maintenance is. Adam, the lead, will be there no matter day or night or time. Nelly the manager is amazing and couldn’t ask for better office staff. Kenadal is so sweet and helpful just like the manager Nelly is. I love the apartments the staff and just too much to list. Lived here a year. While the buildings are not new, my apartment was updated and had brand new appliances. The few times I did have something that needed to be fixed, the maintenance staff took care of it, almost immediately. The apartments were spacious, clean and quiet. The location off 35 was convenient. And the office staff was excellent.
