RecommendedOur 1st visit there the staff was so nice my son likes his new doctor and a really nice organized place.
Woodhaven pediatrics, has forgotten to schedule several appointments for my infant. That is in my eyes unexceptable. Now that I have called them out on that. They have refused to see our kids dew to not having a copay. With that being said, I never have had a unpaid bill with them. Dew to their lack of organization ,with their clerical work and scudeling. We have been charged for bringing our daughter back for injections for an ear infection she should not have had because they forgot to schedule an appointment with an ENT. ... read more
I loved this place and so did my boys. The staff are amazing and so are all of the doctors. However, recently I had a new baby. I am pro-vaccines - but I would like to space them out by TWO weeks (half his shot day and the rest two weeks later) so that he’s not getting 4+ shots at his two month visit, because admit it parents you’re sore after shots even with just being poked once, right!? I would recommend them for sure quick appointments, great Drs, and awesome office. I used them for 17 years when it was Dr Poston office, then he retired. Unfortunately I am having another baby and they are not open to the delayed vaccination schedule which before with my 7 year old they were. Sad to say I had to go with another pediatrician. But recommend for sure if that isn’t a concern of yours.
i love their office, i was going there when i was young, now i take my kids there they have a great staff from the nurses to the doctors. i definitely recommend them to any of my family/friends that have kids and is looking for a pediatricians office
Took my daughter in about 6 weeks ago. Got a bill in the mail. Guess what office staff didn’t put her insurance in, nothing new there. Have called and left a message 3 times now to call back and guess what no call back. Won’t be paying the bill since it’s fully covered under insurance. Office staff is terrible here I feel they could care less about their patients.
I love that I can always get a same day appointment and the staff are all very sweet and thorough and care about my children’s health!
Love them! Nurses are great and so quick with shots that my babies hardly have time to react before it's done. Doctors are great and informative and take your knowledge of your kids into consideration. The rare times I have had questions about my sick kids outside of office hours, I love that I can call and the on call doctor gets back to me so quickly. We drive 35-40 minutes to get here because I love this office so much, I can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else.
