If you make an appointment make sure you call 3 times before your appointments to confirm. The office has a tendency to make appointments for you and you show up and there is nothing on the system. It has been done to me several times. When you make an appointment make sure you ask the ladies name of who made you the appointment. I am here now with no appointment and they told me is a long wait.

Every time I call for an appointment I am told that everything that week is full , every visit takes at least two hrsto be seen , I haven't never seen the same doctor so the person treating me is never really on the loop with my medical record, and even to set anappointment the make you hold on the line for at least ten to thirty minutes .
The staff is friendly and helpful. They improved on the office efficiency since they made more office space. They take appointments and they have walk-ins yes the wait is long sometimes but it is worth it doctors listen and do their best to help you feel better.
These females that work here a real piece of work!
I had 1 time that my wait was ridiculously long, other than that I've always had a good experience when I go there, staff is pleasant and friendly, I like the doctor I see very much. A couple of times calling them the staff wasn't exactly the best with the phones.
