AC broke three times during the summer. Pipes broke twice and flooded the kitchen and soaked the carpet. Took days to have them clean it up so I'm sure there was lots of mold by then. I'd not recommend this place to anyone! Oh and the units are terribly energy inefficient so you'd be better off paying a little more and saving on your energy and water bills.
Time has revealed that Woodglen Apartments is reasonable to help you sign a lease, but completely unreasonable when it comes to dealing with residential issues. Every time we have had inquiries about the false accusations made, and have called to inquire, we have been met with nothing less than a rude and abrasive response. It is extremely concerning that property managers can be so incredibly disrespectful to concerned and polite tenants who have never presented as a problem in the building.
