PERO lamentablemente la mala experiencia fue con el Sr. Rick( property manager) una persona sobre potente y mal educado, lamentablemente es con el que hay que trabajar con el cierre y OBLIGADO hay que pagar él último mes, aunq ya hayan alquilado el apartamento que dejamos o SEA lo cobraron doble a mí y a la otra persona porq es un experto amenazando que va a referir a una agencia de cobros. maintenance showed up multiple times without any notice, walking in without permission or warning on my fiancé sleeping. neighbors were nosy, rude, and constantly knocking on our door demanding us to move our vehicles. management didn’t care because of how long they have been tenants. finally after giving a proper move out notice and returning the keys by 5pm, I was charged a whole new month of rent which overdrew my account by hundreds. apartment quality is great. people quality is poor.
