We moved into Woodgate Farms in December of 2014 and we're no longer living there as of September 6th. My husband is military so we only traveled to look at very few apartments. The end of June and July we were having issues with a tenant below us and it wasn't resolved until his lease was up at the end of August! The management did there best to make sure they didn't evict him, although he was calling children vulgar names. The main issue we had was black mold. I would give it 0 stars if I could, but please do not rent an apartment here!!! When I moved out, I was charged extra dues as rent not paid on time, apart from the "miscellaneous" charges. I promptly called the Apartment manager's office and let her know about the same- she never called me back again. I sent proof from my bank statements that all the rent due was paid on time. Do not rent here if you are expecting honesty and integrity from your leasing management and owners. The owners are Gross Builders in Ohio, and the managers name is Karen Hilton. Both have proven to be the most dishonest and non caring bunch of people we have ever met. The water bills come out of another state, and I am assuming that is so they can steal you blind and it not get traced back to the regular water company which is in Murfreesboro. My wife and I, along with our 2 young sons, rented an apartment at Woodgate Farms for one year. The staff were friendly and helpful and while were lived there we had no problems. However, when bought a house and therefore moved out of the apartment the friendly and helpful came to an abrupt end. We moved out almost a month before the end of the lease so we had lots of time to move our stuff out and clean up.
