I'm switching to another bank. Received a check for insurance claim. Had all 3 endorsements to be deposited into my checking account would not accept the deposit. The check is is from our local insurance company in Brenham. I wasn't cashing it. It was to be deposited and have work started on repairs for our home. I called the bank that had to endorse the check and they where surprised to here that. So I'm switching to them. Have been with Woodforest for more than 14 or 15 years. Very disappointed.
Gloray was absolutely amazing! Helped my husband and I get things settled while buying our house and got it don’t right and fast! Can’t say enough good things about her and the bank!
