Absolutely ridiculous policies. I drove out here to withdraw money from a savings account, and to close the account. Because they listed my account as "dormant" I have to wait until they approve me to withdraw my own money. So, I have to wait another whole day to get my money out even though I need it today. Don't bank here, save yourself the headache.
