This branch is filled with the most amazing responsive fair and professional men and women. They are very thoughtful and thorough. I could not have felt more welcomed.
For the first time in all the years in all my years with Woodforest, I had a retailer allow someone to use my payment information to commit fraud against one of my accounts. As usual, my personal banker, Angela W. was there to guide me through the situation, educating me what to do to resolve the issue. Angela has always been so professional, helpful and kind, but this time she really excelled in helping me. I want her to know how much I appreciate her!
