Having been customers of Woodforest since 2014 I am extremely excited to leave this review. Yesterday we went in with an issue that initiated regarding a fraud charge and dispute. Ms. Angela Whitaker and the staff at this branch went above and beyond to help us figure out a way get this resolved when we felt it wasn’t properly addressed at another branch in person and another on the phone.
