I am so tired of the girls that work there they show no respect to customers and they make there own rules as to what they will help you with it's the worst customer service I would of given a zero but not available the employees think they own the bank and make stuff up this time was last straw trying to say you can't write a check out to cash well after calling corporate I found out they should cashed check but they felt the need to embarasse my daughter well now I close accounts and go to a real bank to someone knows how ... read more
Great service always there when I need them
Crista and associate happened to be passing me in the same isle ( I was very confused trying to figure out a "PAY" situation within the Walmart app...They were so helpful and eager to get the answers literally from self check out,electronics, to literally CS!! Long story longer GOAL achieved!! I wouldn't have been able to do it without the above and beyond CS ( whether they were in the actual bank or not) they made it happen in a very helpful, professional, polite way!!!!! Thank you very much for everything.
