If you’re considering a new bank, do NOT get a Woodforest account. There are almost no locations so going to a branch is a pain unless you live right next to one, they don’t use Zelle or any other form of bank-to-bank transfer so getting money into or out of your account is a hassle, and now I’ve started to get hit with unexpected service charges after 4 years of being a customer.
