If you’re considering a new bank, do NOT get a Woodforest account. There are almost no locations so going to a branch is a pain unless you live right next to one, they don’t use Zelle or any other form of bank-to-bank transfer so getting money into or out of your account is a hassle, and now I’ve started to get hit with unexpected service charges after 4 years of being a customer. This is quite literally the worst bank I’ve ever had an account with. (Nothing to do with the employees, just the actual services themselves.)
Chelsea was a great help...got set up with an account right away
Can't fix anything, every time I try and pay something with card is marked as fraud. Like what's even the point of having a debit card.... No online or phone assistance I always have to go physically there, so inconvenient....
