Moved another companies tank, placed woodford tank, filled tank, leak test, had furnace and propane fireplace up and running in less than 2 hours. Mind you, this all happened 1 day after I called and spoke to Ryan.
They don't even take a fleet one card here.
Left me without propane. Came out 2-3 months back and filled it up no problem. When I called today they informed me they are under new ownership and there is new company policy to install new components on my tank. There is also a new policy to come inside and preform a leak test. When I called and said I would not pay for any other service than a fill up they canceled my appointment for being non compliant. Left us without heat. Since the new owenership they’ve given us hoop after hoop to jump through when I’m throwing my money at them to come fill up our tank. We’ve had our tank filled up in the past by this company no issues just a few months ago. but today we have to fill out a new application and have new components installed as well as a new tests and all these things are just new policies due to the new ownership. We will be 3 days without gas because of all this
