My experience with Woodford Homes has been extremely disappointing and distressing. From the very first day of moving into one of their properties, we were faced with serious habitability issues — including a roach infestation, rodent droppings, and mold. These are not minor inconveniences, but dangerous health hazards. Despite reporting the issues right away, the response from management was dismissive and inadequate.
