James S. just completed his service call with me. I had spoken to James after using their app to speak with a tech on the web. We then made an appt for James to come out and assess the issue further in person. James was very respectful and polite, on time, wore gloves, mask, and shoe coverings while here. James also nailed the problem that we had discussed previously and I will definitely request James S. In any future dealings with Woodfin. Five stars ***** for James and Woodfin!

Very professional and thorough
They have been flexible in assisting me with my broken AC unit and replacing the air filters. Know that you as a customer need to provide the needed filter. Brett and Josh were very helpful in explaining how to replace and maintain my unit.
