Just had a sump pump installed this week including a drainage pipe to dispose of the water well away from the house. It actually poured rain the next day and night (remnants of Zeta). The area below my house saw no signs of any moisture, except in the sump pump tank which showed a water level indicating that the pump had worked as I had hoped. The team did an excellent job. What's great is that the parts and labor are guaranteed for a full year should any problems arise with the work done.
