We had 30 gallons of heating oil left (we use about 5 gallons a day), so we ordered 100 Gallons of heating oil from Woodfin (since they are only a few city blocks from us) on Feb. 9th. We were told the delivery would take place on Feb.10 and were charged for the delivery on Feb. 11th. My wife's family was coming in from out of town to see our new house. We had only been in the house a few weeks and the hot water stopped working! I called around and kept getting answering machines. Left messages. After a few hours I hadn’t heard from anyone and my work doesn’t like me making personal calls. I kept trying to call people. I called Woodfin and got someone on the first try. They came out and fixed my problem and had the part with them.
I was looking up their number for a friend and saw your review. THE SERVICE IS WHY I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. I had a much better experience with Woodfin then my last electrician. I had electricity put in my garage. A guy was fixing the refrigerators at the store near my house. His van said electrical on it. I asked him if he could give me an estimate and was real nice but a little pushy. I checked his prices and he was dead on or cheaper so I gave him the job.
