Woodfield Properties vacation rental business was created in 1993 with two primary goals in mind. First, to provide our visiting families and guests with a memorable experience that makes them want to return to Sonoma year after year. And, second to help owners earn a financial return on their real estate investment. Many of our clients have been with Woodfield Properties for years and years. Most of our business is generated from return clients and their recommendations to friends.

RecommendedWe recently stayed at Las Palmas and had a wonderful time. The property was even better than the pictures and descriptions. The layout and amenities of the home make it a perfect three-couples stay. The location is great. Everything about Woodfield properties ended VERY badly. They were no shows for appointments, after accepting your applications, (and charging you for them) I had to contact them for replies. After accepting my application for a rental dearly wanted, they advised me a day later they sent the acceptance to the wrong party, they were sorry for the mix-up. They both had the SAME FIRST NAME. Wonderful vacation and property but Madeline Yankee called us saying we stole her money. Screamed over the phone. Totally irrational. Threatened legal action for an issue she has with Vrbo. Have use Vrbo for years and never had anything like this happen😡
We reached out to Woodfield Properties for help after leaving a terrible VRBO property in Sonoma. They were quick to provide us several options and we absolutely loved the placed we stayed. It was super clean, updated, and had every single amenity we asked for. We had questions during our stay and they were quick to respond. We will absolutely use Woodfield Properties again.
Alex and his team provide excellent customer service. I measure customer service in a way that if it exceeds my expectations that qualifies as "excellent" to me. They are transparent, honest and responsive. We have used them for going on 5 years and are the best in the county!!!!!
I have used this company three times for rental properties. They have been helpful and very professional. The homes we rented were just as they described and really nice. Woodfield Properties went out of their way to make sure everything was in order when we arrived and answered any questions I had. They helped me find several houses for a wedding event and they were perfect for the event. I look forward to booking with again soon.
