Really dodged a bullet with this one. Wanted to be ahead of the game and be put on a waitlist, they told us no need, we can wait to apply because they guarantee there will be apartments available. Applied when they said then they weren’t able to get us an apartment until it would be at least a month past our date we needed one, but didn’t tell us until we called them to check the status because of absolutely zero communication from them.
