RecommendedAnother great experience at the shoe. We had reservations, and was seated promptly. Our waitress Misty, was great with drinks, knowing when we needed more, and was super friendly. Food was amazing. The portions give us some to enjoy the next day! We had the salmon, shrimp scampi, tenderloin pizza, fettuccine, and chicken tenders! Delicious!

We got the salad on time but then the chicken came out soon after. The chicken was warm but not hot. We were only half done with our salads so that tells me the chicken was done when we ordered. It will be a long time before we go back it was very disappointing
Reservations for a party of 10. Plenty of choices on the menu. The dinner salad was plentiful & tasty. There is a fun cocktail menu. The wait staff was friendly & thorough. The new decor is stylish. We had a minor problem with the bill, the owner showed up to resolve the problem. We had fried chicken, kudos to the pecan crusted walleye, schnitzel, and evening a Reuben sandwich. I even enjoyed a Rusty nail cocktail!! You should get your reservation & go!!
This is a beautifully redone restaurant! It’s a perfect and much needed dining option to the area. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick! My fiancé had a hard time deciding what to order because so many things sounded good to him. The sauerkraut balls and bourbon salmon was delicious- everything came out hot. Very excited to go back and try more items!
Andy and Brie have done an amazing job updating but also keeping the wonderful history to the Wooden Shoe. It’s so clean and modern. The staff was warm and professional. The appetizer, food and drinks were wonderful. It was a great experience. We will be back! They worked so hard and it has sure paid off. It was nice to see their family. Great experience! You want to check it out!
My coworkers and I went and were very happy with the food and service! We sampled the pork belly, sauerkraut balls and pretzel appetizers and I had the tenderloin pizza. It was delicious! It is great to have a place like this in the area! Thank you for bringing new life into and old favorite place!
Cant wait to try many menu items.. first night i had the shrimp alfredo and it was delicious 😋
