Love this place. Wish it was located in the DFW area, but it’s a treat every time I’m in Stillwater. :)
I love the Wooden Nickel, my shopping experience was great! The customer service was awesome very personable and the merchandise is wonderful!! This is definitely a must stop while in Stillwater.

How disappointing!! I went in today to use my gift card that I got for my birthday and of course my total wasn’t a round number like my card amount was. I was told my gift card was a one time use only, so I lost $6.35 or my friend did. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Wooden Nickel again. Talk about bad business and ridiculous!

Customer service is awful, basically non-existent. I’ve spent quite a bit of money at this store over the years. However, on my most recent trip I was followed by an employee literally the entire time I was shopping. I guess my husband, 6 year old son, and I looked like the type of people who would shoplift. I guess we should’ve been dressed nicer.
