I ALWAYS go to Wooden Nickel when I am in Stillwater. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have always given great suggestions and taken time to help me.
This is the best place to shop in stillwater! Love everyone and the clothes are amazing! The sales girls always know what I need and don't try to make me buy anything and are always very helpful! Keep up the good work!!!
Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I've spent $1,000's at this store over the years and made a special trip to take back some gifts that didn't work for that I got for Christmas. I simply wanted a gift card so I could get something else and they wouldn't do anything about it. Never will I shop there again.

Suzanne, our return policy is 14 days on regular priced merchandise. All holiday returns were extended to January 12th. We ship out merchandise, swap merchandise and send call tags to customers for returns daily.
