I did not have a good experience buying a used Toro commercial zero turn from them I know when you buy used it’s as it is. But when I took it home the charging system was not working so I called them a few days later and let them know and they said they would talk to the mechanic and get back with me never heard anything so I took it to my mechanic cost me $200 to fix the stater. Hey Mike, I'm sorry to hear about the problems with that mower. That mower was sold wholesale, meaning we didn't do anything to it when it came in or went out. Also I'm confused why your mechanic installed a starter, because that has nothing to do with the charging system. This is why its difficult for us to sell used machines when we cannot predict these kind of issues. Hope you have better results next time.

Hats off to Shaun and the entire staff at Woodcrest. Needed an adjustment on a weed eater and called up the store. I'm certain Shaun Horstmann had other things he needed to be doing - but he took the time and fixed me up right there on the spot. No charge - just sent me on my way to chop down more weeds. He just received a customer for life. Thanks again.
I have driven by a couple of times. Been doing research on lawnmowers for six months. Saw the 0% interest. On a whim went through the store room. Had the exact lawn more that I was looking for at the price it was very accommodating for me. And within 45 minutes I was a proud owner of a new lawn more. I absolutely love my lawn more. It was everything that I expected and everything that I found during my research.
Service was great. They checked out the mower and had it done in just a few days. Price was great too
