Management is terrible. You won’t get a deposit back and if you do it’s on their time. Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to a homeless person. And don’t complain on a neighbor because they will go tell the neighbor YOU complained!!! :)

Well let’s see the racist apartment manager I dealt for a year then the almost getting in to a fight because of parking spots which they did nothing. To top it all off I was blamed for every little thing. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Lived here for 2.5 years. Price is great, but you get what you pay for. During my stay, my hot water heater exploded. I had to move out for a week while they got it taken care of. Rent was not reduced, a credit for the week I had to leave was not applied to balance. There are no assigned parking spaces. Usually had to walk more than 50 yards to get to apartment. Moved out and received a bill for “full paint and bleaching the ceiling”?? “due to overall condition”. In short, a money making business that does not fully take car... read more

T.e.r.r.i.b.l.e management. Poor upkeep. The parking lot is terrible, your lucky if your car isn't damaged due to the neglect There is no pool so that picture needs to be taken down. Good luck with A/C when it's 100+ degrees outside. I guess if I need to say something positive...it's a step above being homeless.

Landlord was great. Management sucked. The maintenance has the knowledge of a below average kindergartner. The apartments are subpar, inefficient, and outdated. Find better apartments down the street.
