This is a horrible Property Management Company. I had to sue them to get out of a 3year lease that they violated their own contract.
Editing to add: They’ve been through 6 property managers at Promenade Plaza in two years. That should tell you all you need to know. Terrible property management. They are a commercial slumlord. They bought a failing plaza in Cincinnati, OH but refuse to put any money into it to fix it up. Signed a 3 year lease with them - didn’t get keys until a week after lease start. That was only the key to the front door. It took two months for them to send maintenance to rekey the back door. Unit was in worse condition than seen. Walk ... read more
I lease a space in Michigan. Horrible. They do not care and have made that very clear. We are currently without heat for the second time in the dead of winter, after they were told the HVAC needed to be replaced when I moved in. Now it's "on me". I wish I looked into this more before signing. Unfair.
