I would give this apartment complex staff member LaDonna 0 stars if I could. She is unbelievably unprofessional, exceedingly rude and highly incompetent. We haven’t even moved into an apartment yet but the application process has been the worst I have ever experienced from the “losing” emails with highly sensitive documents such as social security cards and birth certificates in it, to her telling me I should “come meet her at the office when she gets off work so she can show me what aggressive looks like”. Good clean family apartments there are pros and cons to the apartments but that anywhere you live the maintenance person will actually fix things that are broke the lady's that over see the apartments are nice and very professional I would recommend
