I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -10 Star. Everything is very outdated. As you can see i requested a new refrigerator because the current one has some type of burn or mold stain on in also the racks in the refrigerator is held up by tape, and the inside door is missing a barrier to keep the food from falling over. The stove is extremely outdated i ask for a new one they said NO. In every room theres a line that runs to the fan. The structure and the integrity of the building will not last. Affordable housing with great amenities. Their maintenance staff is quick to respond and will fix anything. They are always looking to keep their tenants happy. I know I am! I recommend them to anyone looking to live off campus.

I've lived in Woodcrest going on three years and in two different units. Woodcrest is one of the best locations to live. It's close to campus and downtown Edwardsville. Nick and Peggy have been the most accommodating and helpful people since living here. Every problem is always taken care of in a timely fashion.
My husband Wes and I live here and it has been an absolute pleasure. Nick answers all e-mails in such a speedy manner. The apartments are big, they give you a great price with internet and cable included with water. By far the best off campus (or on campus) living I have ever experienced. Bills are easy to pay via online bill pay and laundry services are very convenient and easy.Anytime there is an issue you just let them know and they fix it in a speedy manor.
