I’ve had a really positive experience at Woodcrest Apartments. While it’s not a luxury complex, it’s incredibly well-run and consistently maintained. The grounds are kept clean year-round, and during the winter, the roads and sidewalks are cleared quickly, which makes a big difference. Maintenance has been outstanding—any issue I’ve had was addressed within a day. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness. They have Roaches and the exterminator said they came from outside but it was the 3rd floor so imagine being on the first floor
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived at Woodcrest for two years and finally got to leave this run down place. So, when I first moved in the place was disgusting. There was visible dirt and grime everywhere, there were dead gnats in the fridge, mold in the shower, damages all over the place, and I had to wash the kitchen floor 4 times before dirt stopped coming up.
