Decided to research the apartments in case I decide to move back to Decatur. Obviously had to look at the one stars. The amount of unprofessional snarky replies is definitely offsetting. I definitely won’t rent from this place. That’s for sure.
First, To pay rent with check cost 15.00 on top of 740.00 for 1 bedroom. These are not Luxurious by NO means. But started charging Luxury price this year. No water presure, Toilet bowl is needing cleaned like every 4 days. Telling me water to building is durty. Maintenance fixes are a ? in photos. Widows howl like crazy on windy day and In winter solid ice. Plus they lock you into a year NO 30day notice. If you move out before that year you owe what's left on your lease... My niece has disability and lives here. We check on her quite a bit and never have any issues until recently. The quality seemed to have spiraled downward. My niece has told me there is a mice problem all of sudden. Maybe because it’s the summer and people are attracting mice with being out and dropping food unknowingly. I hope it resolves soon.
