Approximately 4 years ago we bought a new front door and storm door. A year later our door has a shelf on it and it is coming off. When woodcrafters sent the manufacturer out they indicated the door was not covered under warranty because we should not had been sold a full storm door that it needs ventilation. We have never heard from Woodcrafters to even try to apologize. I’m writing this today because it still frustrates me. Had a front door and storm door installed and they did an excellent job! On time and professional and recommend them anytime!!!!
I could not be happier with my beautiful new kitchen window! Chris is meticulous, extremely skilled and communicates well. Best place in the metro hands down!
Have gotten many doors and frames here they are only place in town that you can get a true black door sill with black aluminum cladding door frame. It only takes them a week to get and in my opinion Bayer makes a better product then thermatrue and it’s less money and woodcrafters sells Bauer Built brand and they take case cc and orders have always gone well
