I visited 7/20/18 while in town. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I've visited several stores in a few states. I found this one to be the most well stocked. Again, worth mentioning, the staff was most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was not my first trip into the store. I make a point to visit each trip into the Tidewater area. Each trip I add something to my shop!
It’s the rare company today that goes out of their way to help someone. Customer service is practically an oxymoron. Thankfully people like the owners and staff of Woodcraft still exist. Many thanks to them for saving my butt by helping with a litter box cabinet for my 2 new kittens. Danke schön! It’s a beautifully finished project, thanks to you!
Great people, great classes, great hobby. Bill and Heather run a quality store with a large inventory and a helpful staff.
This place is awesome, friendly great customer service....if they had a coffee machine there I would hang out longer!
