I visited the Norfolk area with my family, and popped in to this store. I am a big fan of my local Woodcraft. This Woodcraft let me drop in to a class on the day that I arrived. Absolutely incredible customer service!
Just went to Woodcraft Norfolk and it was a great experience again. The staff was very helpful and they are doing everything to help minimize viral risk. If you need something give them a call and then head over and pick it up. We need to keep them working too.
The staff are great and selection is great for pen blanks and pen and project kits. As a Pen and Project Turner, it's the go to place for everything you need to turn just about anything and more. They even do special events and classes. highly recommended.
Shop there quite often, always met by nice friendly people and can count on my questions being answered and sound advice on my projects
I came in with a broken baton, and they repaired it promptly, free of charge.
