Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal customer service at Woodcraft of Harrisburg. Not only did Ken and Kevin help improve the safety and dust control in my Woodshop but they also took the time to wrap my Christmas Presents so they wouldn’t get wet in the rain. Highly recommend this store and definitely going to be a lifelong customer .

I can’t say enough good things about this store. Not only did they up my scroll game 100% with their silly Olson Mach blades, but they also went above and beyond with a transaction. I purchased a Carvex jigsaw mainly due to it’s circle cutting attachment (I cut tons of circles for my business). While jigsaw and circle cutter didn’t work for me, they tried every avenue to help remedy the issues and allowed me to return the products with no problems. GREAT Susquehanna wood turners meeting. On eccentric turning
Customer service is incredible! I had a minor issue with a machine I purchased and I had asked the employees for some advice in figuring out my issue. They let the owner know I was having some issues. I was contacted by the owner unsolicited by the way, who immediately gave me options to make things right for me. This is customer service you hear stories of how it used to be.
