Parts person opened promptly, accessed the correct parts, and had me on my way in no time!!!
called for a service to address a hydraulic sensor. they did a fluid change which was supposed to be a $1000 and charged $1600. $600 over what was quoted.... and didnt fix the issue i called about.
Love this place
Their parts department and service have been great to work with, especially Joe in the parts department he is very knowledgeable, polite and goes above and beyond. As an equipment operator & mechanic I really appreciate when the parts & service departments will take extra steps to look in depth to ensure they're sending you the right parts & sensors, especially for these tier 4 emissions equipment, it can be so difficult to diagnose. Thank goodness for the parts department on Saturday mornings.
