We got take out as I love BBQ and we live exactly 6 minutes from the restaurant. My ribs were cold, my kids burgers were cold and ALL our fries were mush and tasted awful. I'm not sure if they made it and let it all sit or whatnot, but after a 6 minute car ride, the food should not be cold nor should the fries have been mush.
Great choice for our Mother’s Day lunch! When we arrived the restaurant was very full but after only a few minutes our family was seated. It took a little long for our food to come up but that was understandable given how busy they was. The food was outstanding and worth the wait. Everyone loved what they ordered. The one thing that would be helpful though is to let parents know that the Root Beer their small children order with their kids meals cost $4.00 each. We know better now. I really like going to Woodchips and always looked forward to the Peach Tea ... well the last 3 times there they were out and find out you no longer have that! I always bragged about the peach tea and recommended it it was the best ever! Please bring back the peach tea! My husband and I got different flavored teas and it doesn’t compare to the peach...... PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!
I have not been disappointed by a single thing on their menu. Even their GREEN BEANS blew me away. Incredible BBQ sauces, and I appreciate their attitude and online presence as well as their support of other local businesses.
