Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really

Spent a week there after total knee replacement surgery. Even though they were in the middle of redoing the facility I found the room to be quite large and very clean. Was surprised that there were no phones in the rooms and bringing a cell phone was a necessity. Also had to pay for TV service. The only chair in my room was an old armless dinning room chair... they finally brought in an old dinning room chair with arms. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always
