The Rehab side of Stonebridge has a nurse and aid that are a GREAT team. Kevin and Trish go above and beyond to help the patients. Kevin is always on top of what is going on. I noticed him from the first day. He encourages them to eat and get out of bed to get better. He knows their goal is to go back home. He treats them like family but also professional. Were you able to get all of your questions answered while you were at this senior care facility? Yes
IF there was a negative star, I would have used that instead. I was an employee here at this facility, a nurse at that. I would advise ANYONE that has a loved one to NEVER use this facility. I am not a disgruntled employee, or someone that wants to do damage; however, I would not EVER allow a family member to come to this facility. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them.
