have lived here at Woodbury square for 3 years, and have realized that the maintenance and residential service is always so great! For example, last night I lost my home key at my gym and it was 9pm at night. Saturday night, 9pm, everybody is so busy for having their weekend life, and I was so embarrassed and did not know what to do. Upstairs neighbors suck something serious and loudly bang on the floor, call security, and cops at the slightest bit of noise at any time of the day on any day of the week which definitely sucks. But it's a nice apartment complex other than that. Nice pool, spa, private gym, great location, clean, and good with maintenance requests done through the app.
Oscar, is always very nice and very polite, when he comes in for a service issue. He asks again what the situation is, and tells us how he will handle the problem. He is fast and efficient at what he does, and always with a smile. He is the best.
My husband and I called this place home for almost two years before moving out of state this year. We absolutely loved it here! The apartments are spacious, bright, and in our experience maintenance was always quick and helpful. The complex is beautiful and probably in the most safe and convenient location we will ever live. We were able to walk to the marketplace within 5-7 minutes for Trader Joe’s, Home Depot, UPS, Michael’s, HomeGoods, etc. I will probably never get over how beautiful this neighborhood is and how safe I f... read more
UPDATE: office has refused to offer any resolution to this stating that video evidence of the intentional stomping and banging of the walls from the upstairs neighbors is not enough evidence that the neighbor is intentionally causing noise. Here is video evidence of neighbor admitting that she is stomping her feet in retaliation.
