Yeah is anyone going to respond to my maintenance request. This is ridiculous I have issues with my fridge not being cool and the fact that no one came out to look at it or contact me is very annoying. Are you all going to reimburse me for the food I had to throw out? Of course not. HORRIBLE customer service. I’m so sick of always having to call the staff because they can’t be bothered to contact me or call me back.I pay my rent early every month and I’m so over the lack of communication from your office staff.
Rodolpho was fantastic. Gave me a heads up to put away my pet. Was quick, knew what to do, gave us preventative maintenance for the future!! We had a leak in the ac compressor in the main restroom!

This place sucks. No office and we are infested with ants
The garage keys don’t work on the first day and it took very long for them to get back to me. It speaks negligence from the apartment management. The parking situation beside the garage is bad so this is unacceptable. They said they’ll drop the fixed keys by my apartment during the day so I waited the whole day to be informed the key won’t be ready until the next day. Nothing else they can do so I guess I can only leave a review for future residents.
