I wanted to give recognition to David Martin from Woodbury place/court leasing office!! I have lived at Woodbury Place for 12 years and I’ve seen plenty of changes but the one constant has been David!! He always has been very helpful and very kind!! Not very common now a days. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. The apartment is very old and the HVAC does not work properly. Every time the weather changes, the heating does not blow out hot air, and during summer time, the air condition does not blow out cold air. My electric bill came out to be $300 twice because I didn't know that the HVAC wasn't working properly. And every time I call for the maintenance order, the maintenance person doesn't show up for three hours. Then I have to call them again for them to make it as an urgent matter. My experience here has been great. If ever an issue occurred they are quick to fix it. Also the customer service that David has given has been nothing short of amazing. His customer service is excellent
I’d like to preface this review by saying that I have had a lot of experience with the Irvine company. After moving here from Hawaii in 2011, 9 of those years were spent in Irvine Company properties. With that being said, my time spent at Woodbury Place was great and easy, and a lot of that was because of David at the front office. David has always been and will always be “my guy” there.
