My most recent maintenance request was for the A/C. It finally stopped working, but luck was on our side. JR, our Maintenance Tech went above and beyond!! He has the expertise to check if the compressor was working, and it wasn't. We were looking at a two week wait for a new one. Without hesitating, he thoughtfully brought over two temporary portable a/c units. Lifesavers during 90+ temperatures for me and my family (including Frenchie pups that like to bark at him). This review is for Jr. Villa from maintenance. I had an excellent experience with Jr. Villa from the maintenance team at Woodbury Townhomes. After discovering a major leak in our bedroom closet caused by our AC unit, I submitted an emergency maintenance request late at night. Jr. responded quickly, arrived at our home in a timely manner, and was able to implement a temporary fix that prevented the issue from getting worse overnight.
