I’d like to preface this review by saying that I have had a lot of experience with the Irvine company. After moving here from Hawaii in 2011, 9 of those years were spent in Irvine Company properties. With that being said, my time spent at Woodbury Place was great and easy, and a lot of that was because of David at the front office. David has always been and will always be “my guy” there. Shane Simmons is AMAZING! He really goes above and beyond to remember everything in great detail and is so thorough and amazing. We are so grateful for his amazing service and dedication to his work and this team and this property. We are so impressed by him. Thanks for helping us to get our last few work orders resolved in such a timely manner.
The reviews are insane. People will complain about anything. You get a big bill when you heat your home to 78? Of course. That’s excessive. There’s not enough parking for your extended cab pickup truck? Oh well. The place is beautiful and walking distance to shopping centers. The maintenance team is incredible and issues are fixed within 24-48 hours. Can things be better? Anything can be improved. But the two years here so far have been fantastic.
So thankful to the Woodbury Place team for their professionalism and genuine serving hearts! I specifically want to mention Mr. Kris in maintenance as he is always so kind and friendly and fixes things SO fast! If my husband and I ever see him outside he always asks how things are going. I want to shout out Miss Angelica for her positive attitude and willingness to help when any problems arise as well as for all of her hard work. There is limited street parking and with suv/tesla sized vehicles it’s extremely hard or near impossible to fit two cars side by side in the garages. So there are spots to park outside. Those spots are towable areas if you leave your car out at night. If you can’t fit your vehicle in you must park your car near the gas station if there is any room, if not you’ll be parking very far away. This morning our whole section woke up to their cars gone.
