** CURRENT RESIDENT** The maintenance team is great- everyone raves about them however this is the case because everything is old and needs constant repair- the heater, AC, fridge, windows not opening/closing, etc.. Expect to have the maintenance team in your home often. Also prepare to never get good sleep ever again- there’s ALWAYS gardening or some sort of construction starting at 8 AM. Excellent customer service received from Denzel Barrientos. Showed me floor plans available for coming months, first digitally and then took me to visit a sample apt. Kind, respectful and professional service from him. I’m glad to get his help. I’ll continue with the Irvine Company!
