This is the worst place to live. My wife and I live here and they charge you for repairs and there is other stupid crap. Don't move here unless you want your apartment to smell like weed from neighbors and if you have a job they want you to pay the price of rent that you would pay for a house. They are shitty. There’s black mold in the buildings and vents all they do is paint over it. You can put in a work order and they won’t show up until weeks later. I’ve sent in emails and made calls they don’t care about anyone there only money. Lady in office right now said something about making people pay in cash for certain things shes trying to pocket the money. I have proof of everything and she lies to the owners in front of people then gets mad when you pull out receipts and she’s wrong.
